What to expect during for your first visit at Wrigley's Garage
- Appointment reminder - you will receive an appointment reminder by text the day before your visit. If your appointment is on Monday, the reminder will be sent on Friday. Please let us know if you have a preferred method of contact. We typically communicate by text messaging. If you do not use text messaging please let us know. We can email or phone instead.
- The day of the appointment
- At drop off - we will verbally review the work that is to be done along with any concerns.
- For basic services we will give you an estimated time for when the vehicle will be ready for pick up. If the vehicle is in the shop for diagnostics, we will give an estimated time when we will contact you with the technician's findings.
- Digital Vehicle Inspection - Prior to servicing your vehicle, your technician will perform a 44- point inspection. The inspection is your vehicle's health report. Once the inspection is completed, we will send you a link to the report via text. The inspection lets you know if there are any safety concerns that require immediate attention. The inspection also includes vehicle maintenance recommendations based on the manufacturer's recommendations, time, and mileage.
- If there is additional work added at the initial visit, we will provide an estimate in order of priority. If approved, we will provide an estimated time when the work will be completed.
- Once your vehicle's service is completed, we will contact you to let you know that your vehicle is ready for pick up. Payment is due at time of service. If you need to pick your vehicle up after business hours we can text or email a payment link that allows you to pay with credit or debit card online. Online payments will need to be made prior to us releasing your vehicle.
